Privacy, doxxing and personal data

Personal Information Removal in Dubai and the UAE

Your phone number, home address, ID details or private photos are showing up online or in Google. We file the removal and de-indexing requests that apply, under search engine policies, platform rules and local privacy law.

    • Search engine requests for contact details and doxxing content
    • Requests to websites and data brokers holding your data
    • Support for intimate image and doxxing cases

What we can request removal of

Privacy requests are some of the most successful removal routes, because platforms and search engines have clear rules on personal contact details and intimate images.

    Contact details in search results

Results showing your phone number, home address or email, which Google lets you ask to remove from its results.

    Doxxing posts

Posts sharing your personal details to encourage harassment, which break platform rules and often local law.

    Intimate images

Private images shared without consent. These are treated as a priority by Google and all major platforms.

    Data held by companies

Websites and organisations publishing your personal data without a proper basis, approached under local privacy law.

    How it works

    01

    Free assessment

Send us the links. Within one business day we tell you which routes are realistic for each item, and which are not.

    02

    Evidence and plan

We collect screenshots, URLs and dates, map each item to the rule or law it breaks, and give you a fixed quote.

    03

    Reports and requests

We prepare and file the platform reports, legal forms and publisher requests, and follow up on each one.

    04

    Follow-up and monitoring

We track every request to a decision, escalate where possible, and watch for the content coming back.

What we can and cannot do

We would rather tell you the truth at the start than sell you a promise. Platforms and courts make the final decision on removal, not us.

    We can

    • Find where your personal information appears
    • File search engine removal and de-indexing requests
    • Send requests to site owners and organisations holding your data
    • Use hashing services so intimate images are blocked from re-upload

    We cannot

    • Guarantee that a platform or court will remove anything
    • Remove genuine reviews or honest opinions you disagree with
    • Hack, threaten or pay anyone to take content down
    • Give legal advice ourselves (we work alongside lawyers for that)

    Routes available in the UAE

Which route fits depends on what was posted, who posted it and where. We go through this with you in the free assessment.

    Google removal requests

Google lets people ask to remove results containing their contact details, doxxing content and intimate images. This removes the result from Google, not the page itself.

    Intimate image tools

StopNCII lets you create a digital fingerprint of a private image so participating platforms can block it, without the image leaving your device.

    UAE Personal Data Protection Law

Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 sets rules for how organisations process personal data in the UAE, with exceptions such as some free zones that have their own data laws. We check which rules apply before relying on them.

    Privacy offences

Publishing someone's private information or photos without consent can be an offence under the UAE cybercrime law.

This page is general information, not legal advice. Where a case needs a lawyer, we work with your own counsel or introduce a law firm.

    FAQ

    Personal Information Removal FAQs: UAE

Can Google remove my address and phone number?

In many cases yes. Google accepts requests to remove results showing personal contact details. The information may still exist on the original site, so we also contact the site where possible.

Does the DIFC or ADGM have different privacy rules?

Yes. The DIFC and ADGM free zones have their own data protection laws. Which law applies depends on the organisation holding your data.

Someone shared private images of me. What should I do first?

Do not engage with the person. Keep evidence, report to the platform, and consider a police report. We can help with platform and search engine requests quickly and discreetly.

How long do Google removals take?

Google often decides privacy requests within days to a few weeks.
